How do I park?
Embarcadère
Rare landing stage in Evian! This accommodation has 2 underground spaces in a row. Be careful, access is very narrow (maximum size Audi Q3, Ford Kuga, etc.).
Hypercentre
There is no private space. You must find a space on the road (be careful, market around the church on Tuesdays and Fridays). Otherwise, there is the Charles de Gaulles underground parking lot or the Tourist Office parking lot about a hundred meters away

Are they suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Embarcadère
Access can be done using an elevator, once in the apartment, there are no steps or stairs.
Hypercentre
NO. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old building. The stairs are narrow and steep.

What should I bring if my children are young?
Both apartments have a travel cot with a mattress. Please bring your own sheets/pillows/blanket. There is a booster seat and some toys.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed in every apartment.

What type of coffee should I bring?
None. In each apartment you will find a grain machine and the grain is provided (approximately 250 g).

When can I arrive and depart?
In both apartments, check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. Check-in and check-out are independent with a key box. After your reservation, you will receive a message with all the information.

What are the cancellation policies?
If you book through the platforms, the conditions are specified. If you book through the website, cancellation without fees is possible up to 24 hours before your arrival (the amount debited will then be refunded). Cancellations less than 24 hours before your arrival are non-refundable.
